I have officially started writing my first fingerstyle piece (well I’m trying to anyway). To keep in the spirit of fingerstyle, I’m using CGCGCE tuning. If my strings had feelings, they’d feel abused.

Anyhows, I do realise I’ve not written here in a fair amount of time. I’ve almost finished  my final exams in schooling before university; just physics and music left. That means by next friday I’ll be free to return to the wonderful land of tumblr. I expect cake upon my triumphant return.

Oh yeah and I turned 18 last week. Go me, right?

And I’ll be studying a bachelor of Engineering paired with an advanced Bachelor of Science (where I’ll major in physics) at uni. Everyone keeps telling me my degree is gonna leave me with no free time and be annoyingly difficult, but I don’t care. I couldn’t be more excited for how uni. Plus I get to say I’m a badass phycist like sheldon!

I just wish we could skip this little hsc part…
